A traditional and very different beverage can be made blending chicory powder with coffee. This beverage tastes amazing and is favorite amongst many. Dried chicory powder is ground form of roasted chicory roots. We, at RK Agroexport Private Limited makes available this processed version of the root of Chicorium Intybus. Just like sugar beets, this plant is grown and harvested. A specialized equipment is used to pull the roots and cut the root into small pieces. The small root pieces undergo several processes, like kiln drying, roasting, grinding and packaging. This chicory powder is approved by Food Safety & Standards Authority of India. The Chicory extract coffee powder is exported to international markets.
